Twin Poppies

Every once in a while your breath is taken away when an admired friend asks to purchase your art. Deb Rodgers is a fellow Smiley ArtRoom Artist (follow her beautiful work at @debrodgerspottery), and she brings such light, laughter and talent to The ArtRoom Collective! I was honored when she asked to take home this expressive acrylic on canvas piece. Poppies are one of my favorite flowers... their combination of boldness and delicacy takes my breath away, too.
